All orders are processed within 48 hours upon receipt of payment of the order.

Delivery Area
The delivery area covers metropolitan France.
Shipping Method
Delivery of orders is performed by independent contractors. Depending on the size, weight and destination of your order, it is delivered by La Poste (Colissimo Access), in order to follow delivery, or any other delivery service authorised by Zone Bébé.
At any time can you track your parcel with your tracking number.
Shipping Delays
The delivery of your order will usually take 2 business days after handover to the delivery service.
The order is sent by the Customer Service of Colissimo Post within 2 business days after confirmation of the components of the order, except in cases of force majeure that delay the delivery. Events considered as force majeure discharge the Seller of its obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, flood, strikes, accidents, inability to be supplied.
The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that any order placed on Friday from 12:00 am or Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed the next business day. This time can be extended by two days in a period of sales or any other promotion. If a delay is likely to intervene in the delivery, the Seller's commitment is to notify the Customer as soon as possible.
In case of a prolonged delay of delivery, the customer is invited to quickly notify the Seller's customer service on: 04 93 77 71 86 who then can contact the postal service in order to open an investigation.
Final response times by La Poste are about 30 days after the opening of the case by the seller's customer service.
- If the parcel is found, it is sent to the customer: delivery procedure then follows its normal course (of posting or notice of passage).
- If the package is declared lost, the Seller's Customer Service will advise the customer and immediately initiate the repayment of the package (product and shipping cost).

Postage
Postage is €6.90 for orders up to €80 the for mainland France by Colissimo Access. Beyond €80 and over postage is free.
Delivery Problems
If you are absent the day of delivery of your order and that it was shipped to you via Colissimoi, a notice will be posted to the mailbox at the address given when ordering.
You have a period of about ten days to collect your parcel at your post office.
If your package is damaged
You are required to check the state of the products upon receipt. If damaged, you must state accurately your reservations on the delivery note, and reiterate to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 3 days of delivery according to the provisions of the article L.133- 3 of the Commercial Code.
You must also inform us by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt of any shipping damage within 4 days of receipt. No claims will be accepted for non-compliance with these formalities.
