If you have received your order and realised that it does not match what you are looking for we immediately exchange or if you prefer, we will refund your purchase (excluding shipping). For this return your item within 7 days in the intact original packaging unopened and properly protected, indicating the reason for your return. Transport costs and insurance resulting from the return of merchandise are borne by the buyer. Please note for any return you must request a return number first.

A defective product

If you detect a defective product, an error in the quantity or an erroneous reference from your order, you have to alert Zone Bébé within four days after receiving the package of its non compliance with the order and return the product for a standard exchange, failing this the right to claim will cease to exist.
All returns require prior consent by Zone Bébé who will provide you with a return number. To do this, contact us by email: “ SAV@zonebebe.fr”. Please do not forget to include your contact details, name of the product concerned, the problem with it and the corresponding invoice number for the products.
After getting the return agreement, you have to return the product within 7 days to Zone Bébé. Return postage and insurance are borne by the buyer. If after checking by our technical department, the defect comes from mishandling by the buyer the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Failing to obtain prior agreement all returned merchandise will be held at the disposal of the buyer's expense and risk, cost of transportation, storage, handling is the responsibility of the buyer. All returned merchandise must be properly protected to ensure the product's integrity during transport. Any product damaged during transport due to poor protection of the package will be charged to the buyer.

Upon return, you must send us a photocopy of the invoice.
